Uttarakhand travel diaries, A wonderful Experience!

Hello friends! I would like to share my experience and thoughts regarding my visit to Uttarakhand.

We are belonging from a different state of India. So we didn’t know much experience about Uttarakhand. I and my friend were planning to go on a tour of Uttarakhand. But we couldn’t decide how we went there. So we planned to book this tour of Uttarakhand from a travel agent whose firm name was Shree Tour & Travels, Haridwar.

Somehow we got the contact details of the tour operator by visiting his website. I talked to the telecaller whose name was Kriya Rathore and She suggested me some tourist places of attractions in Uttarakhand. She suggested some good places like Nainital, Mussoorie, Dhanaulti and Jim Corbett national park. 

We selected those tour packages offered by her. We liked her idea and booked this tour according to our schedule.

Finally the day came when we were going to start this tour. There was a cab which came and took us from Railway Station to our desired place. The service offered by the tour operator was excellent. The driver was a nice guy and his name is Surender. He was an experienced driver with friendly nature. We approached our first destination which was Mussoorie. 

This place is called ‘Queen of Hills’ for its beauty and natural surroundings. We enjoyed this place a lot with its marvelous food and natural beauty. There were many tourists who were visiting this place from different states. You will find a nice mob in the evening at Mall Road which often busy with the tourists.

After 2 days of stay, we decided to move on to dhanaulti which is hardly 30 km away from Mussoorie. Again we moved to this place with our cab driver. It took 50 minutes to reach there. This place was calm and colder than our previous place. You will find heavy snowfall during rainy seasons which makes this place heaven in Uttarakhand.

After that our next destination was Nainital which is also a good hill station of Uttarakhand. We started our journey from train Dehradun to Haldwani. We reached there before 7 in the morning and again there was a cab driver who came there to receive us. We started our journey to Nainital along with our driver. This place is known for its lake- Naini. We spent and enjoyed our two days here.

We also went to Jimcorbett national park after spending two days in Nainital. Watching wildlife in this park was a nice experience. Finally we decided to return to our home.

This tour won’t be accomplished and successful without the help of Kriya Rathore. All things she done for us was properly managed. She guided us well from the beginning to the end of this tour. I thanked her a lot from bottom of my heart. May God Bless her !

Tour in Valley of flower in Uttarakhand

The tour agent is also very good they tell all the places in the way haridwar to valley of flower and tell the distance of valley of flower from haridwar is about 300km  first we reach risikesh in between 1 hour then 2 hour in devparyaag In the mid we take some mid and rest .then again start our journey ,we  are so excited to reach valley of flower and also see the beautiful Uttarakhand beautiful places plus hills.

Then we reach after 2 hour in Srinagar Garhwal then 1 and half hour in karprayaag then in the way we reach Auli>Joshimath >Govindghat. We stay some time in a hotel smart and rest 2-3 hour. Again we start the journey we move Govindghat to Ghangaria. Then valley of flower is near by us we are so happy we trek 3 km and reach valley of flower. We see many different differnt flowers and natural beauty around us.

I never see this type view with hills. Our team every member was so happy to see such beautiful environment. I think June July to August is best time to tour in valley of flower.
